William Scott Culver "Scott"

February 2, 1968 — December 14, 2021

William “Scott” Culver entered Eternal Life on December 14, 2021. He is with his dad, other family members, friends and his sweet love Debbie Harder. He was born on February 2, 1968, in Oklahoma City to Bill and Kay Culver, where he lived all his life. He loved Oklahoma City and often commented that he would never move away. He attended Putnam City Schools from Kindergarten through high school. Most of all he loved P.C. High School, graduating in 1987. He valued and loved his many friends from P.C. all his life. While at P.C., he participated in football, track and choir. His speed helped him excel in football and track. He played Little League football for 6 years with the Satellite teams. Music and singing was a big part of his life, which he continued doing his entire life. He loved participating in Chorus Concerts, State Competition and talent shows. Through his talent and love of music he inspired others. Scott loved caring for and riding his horses. He started riding horses when he was 8 years old, which went right along with his love of his cowboy outfits and his boots. At the age of 2, he started wearing cowboy boots and hats, which he continued wearing as an adult. When he was little he slept with his boots. He was happiest wearing his cowboy outfits and riding his horse. Attended the University of Central Oklahoma on a music scholarship and Oklahoma State University. Sales representative for Lundia of Oklahoma, wrangler for CC Stables, Debbie and Scott Lawn and Garden Service. Scott has a beautiful smile and a personality that made everyone he met feel special. He never met a person he didn’t like. He loved meeting strangers and carrying a conversation, just like his dad. Special thanks to Frontier Hospice and his cousin Todd Bell for providing care and comfort for Scott. Our hearts are sad with the loss of Scotty and our family will never be the same. Thankfully we have many hours of his smile, talking and singing on video to watch forever.
