Russell Turner

A good man died on September 18, 2011. Russell Valton Turner, 84, leaves behind his loving wife, Nelda, three daughters, Janet, Linda, and Carolyn, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He lead an exemplary life, was kind and caring, never failing to help someone in need. Valton was one of seven children. He is survived by brothers Jesse and David. A devote Christian, he believed he would pass on to a better place. Those that knew him know he is there. Graveside Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2011 at the Duncan City Cemetery.
