Oliver Gerardi

Oliviero "Olie" Marino Gerardi left this world early Wednesday morning surrounded by his family at home. While the loss of his physical presence in our lives will be felt deeply by family and friends, we are thankful he has been set free from the cancer he fought valiantly for two years. Olie was preceded in death by his parents Enrico and Elvira Gerardi and his stepmother, Louisa. Olie is survived by his wife, Jeannie; his son, Anthony Gerardi and his wife, Laura and his daughter, Kristine Lynn Elvira Ryan and her husband, Dennis. Olie's love, pride and joy for his grandkids, Brandon and Heather Ryan, were known by all. Olie is also survived by two brothers, Louie and family of Toronto, and Mario and family from Olie's birthplace in Bergamo, Italy. His loss will also be mourned by Patricia Gerardi Kochick, the Adcox, Gerlach, Ryan and Young families, as well as his "shadow" Mickey.
