Carol was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas to devoted parents Peggy and Charles Crockett.

She learned to make friends fast over several moves during her school years. She lived in Oklahoma City, Los Angeles and Dallas.

Carol performed well at Hillcrest High School allowing her to be awarded an academic scholarship to the University of Oklahoma, Norman.

Carol was a leader in her beloved Pi Phi sorority. She graduated with a degree in marketing.

Carol always had exceptional fashion sense. Her first job out of school was a buyer at the John A. Brown Company. After a few years and too many buying trips to New York, she totally changed her career. Carol became a landman. She travelled the state of Oklahoma helping many companies and individuals deal with the complexity of land/oil ownership.

Along the way, Carol married twice; a short time to Brent and then to Paul Warren for love. They lived together on the Warren ranch and she was never happier.

Carol made friends everywhere she lived or traveled. She was just like Will Rogers – she never met a person she did not like.

Carol is survived by her brother, Scott Crockett, her sister-in-law, Martha Crockett, her nephews and niece Chris Crockett, Brett Crockett and May Crockett Burkett and seven grand-nephews and nieces, including her namesake Caroline Crockett (age 6).

Carol will never be forgotten.

Carol always smiled. We will miss her smile. And her love, very much.
