Andrew "Lamont" Cummings Flake 41 yrs old. Sunrise: September 6, 1972 in Booneville, MS Sunset: May 28, 2014 in Oklahoma City, OK. He is the son of and survived by Susan and David Flake of Dallas, TX. Three daughters Devona Brasher Cummings of Fort Smith, AR, Chloe and Gracyn Cummings both of Barling, AR. Two sisters Joyce Rivers of Dallas, TX, Pamela Flake of OK City, OK, and a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 11am at Visionary Christian Church 21 Oak St Alma, AR 72921.
