Thomas E. Williams

Thomas E. Williams – 62, Choctaw – passed peacefully on December 21, 2020. He was born in Boise City, OK, on May 31, 1958 to James Eugene “Pete” and Zona Belle Williams. Tom worked as a land and title attorney for more than 20 years before retiring in 2016. He graduated in 1976 from Stillwater High School, where he was a proud Pioneer athlete, and then attended the Air Force Academy before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from Oklahoma State University in 1981. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University in 1993. Tom is lovingly remembered by his wife, Donna Oxford Williams; son and daughter-in-law, Mason and Lindsey; son and son-in-law, Garet and Christian; father and mother, Pete and Zona Williams; sister and brother-in-law, Zona Dyanne and Dorian Smith; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a service, but may schedule a memorial for a later date.
