Russell was born on November 28, 1948 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Bob and Julaine Harlow (Willard). One hobby that he loved was to play Guitar, he was taught by his wife how to play which made his hobby even more special. He loved it so much and was so good that sometimes Suzanne couldn't tell if it was the TV or him. Russell was a Foreman in Maintenance. He will be missed greatly by the ones he leaves behind even the family dog.
