Patricia LaRue Lundeen

Patricia L. Lundeen October 26, 1933 – June 10, 2017 Patricia LaRue (Holder) Lundeen went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, June 10th, 2017. Pat was born to her parents, Lois & Ruth Holder, on October 26, 1933, in Poteau Oklahoma. She was a lifelong Oklahoma resident. Pat loved her family and friends with all her heart. While in high school, she had the nickname “Pot Holder”. Shortly after she married her true love Chuck Lundeen, they went away, so Chuck could serve with the US Air Force. When that tour was complete, they returned home to start a family. Chuck and Pat had three children: Trish, Terri, and Chuck (Jr.). Pat worked in the banking industry as a teller with OECU (Oklahoma Employees Credit Union) where she made many long-lasting friendships. Pat and Chuck were members at Linwood United Methodist Church in the early years while raising their family and later became members at Chapel Hill United Methodist. Pat is survived by her daughter Terri Woosley and her husband Denny and their children Kaylen and Kale; son Chuck Lundeen Jr. and his wife Darlene and their children Chuckie (III) and Rachel; her brother Harold Holder and his wife Shirley and their son Hal and his wife Jane and their children Katherine and Justin; her sister-in-law Jean Lundeen and her children Jackie, Chuck and his wife Jean Ann and their children Jordan, Lauren and Carson, Marilyn and her husband Bruce and son Ryan, Brian and his wife Julie; niece Sandy Bean Biestick and nephew Billy Bean; and many others. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. “Chuck” Lundeen, Sr., father Lois Holder, her mother Ruth Holder, her brother-in-law Jack Lundeen, her sister-in-law Ernestine Bean and husband Don and children Donna, Steve and Jimmy, and her oldest daughter Patricia “Trish” Lundeen. Pat will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Services will be held Friday June 16th at 10:00am at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church at 2717 West Hefner Road in Oklahoma City. There will be a brief reception immediately following the service followed by the graveside service at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at 8701 NW Expressway in Oklahoma City.
