- Preparations and delivery of death certificate to doctor
- Filing of death certificate with Bureau of Vital Statistics
- Obtaining certified copies of death certificate
- Obtaining cremation approval from the medical examiner
- Assistance to families in filing for VA benefits and insurance policies
- Social security administration forms completed
- Cremation fee
- Alternative container (The container the body is cremated in)
- Rigid container (for the return of the cremated remains)
Direct Cremation
$785.00
This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; refrigeration of unembalmed remains (per day); transfer of remains to the funeral home; medical examiner's cremation permit; and cremation fee. This is a special price which is offered for a limited time only and subject to end without notice.
No Cost Legacy Cremation Option
$0.00
This package requires participation in the GenLife, LifeLegacy or similar program. It includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; transfer of remains to the funeral home; direct cremation urn purchase credit; and all associated fees.
