Krenning, Ruth Elaine (nee Mencke), 81, of Oklahoma City, OK was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on May 10, 2016. Ruth, a lifelong Lutheran, battled cancer with strength, courage, and grace. Loving mother of Daniel (Merryann) Krenning of Newalla, OK, Mark Krenning of Highland, IL, and Michael (Christine) Krenning of St. Louis, MO. Adoring grandmother of Chrystal Rosenfelt, Joshua Stewart, Jennifer Martin, Christopher Perez, Thomas Krenning, Tyler Krenning, Jordan Krenning, Ethan Krenning, Joseph Krenning, Jonah Krenning, Aaron Krenning, Matthew Krenning, and Grace Krenning. Dear sister of the late Eugene Mencke and dear sister-in-law of Carol Mencke. Beloved aunt of Emily (Ron) Pitchford and Evan (Angie) Mencke. Our dear great-grandmother, great-aunt, and friend. Ruth was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma on May 29, 1934 to the late Reverend Iren Mencke and the late Esther Mencke Misch (nee Ebel).
