Ruth Ann Bartlett

Ruth Ann Bartlett passed away in May 30, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at South West Medical Center. She was born on June 26, 1959 in Henry, Paris. She is the daughter of Roy and Franca Hisel (Schmoit). She worked as a Homemaker taking the best care of her family. She was loved and will be missed by all.
