Janice Ann Obermiller passed away on July 27, 2016 at 8:43 in the evening at Rambling Oak Assisted Living Center in Norman, Oklahoma surrounded by loving family. She was born on December 25, 1940 in Norman, Oklahoma to Marcus and Wanda Northcutt (Boyd). She worked as a Administration Assistant in Higher Education. She was loved and will be dearly missed.
