Freddie Ray Collins 69 years of age Oklahoma City Monday December 15, 2014 Died at Heritage Manor Nursing Home Lost the battle against cancer after years of fighting LIFE Born on November 15, 1945 in Oklahoma City, OK Graduated from Capital Hill High School Served in the United States Air Force Worked as a printer in the Oklahoma City area He enjoyed playing several sports including fast pitch softball and golf.
