Donald "Happy" Lewis Fellers of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away May 26, 2017. Donald was born in Akron, Indiana on October 22, 1939. Donald is the son of Kenneth Verl and Evalena Fellers (Gearhart). He worked as a maintenance tech supervisor for the postal service. Donald "Happy" Lewis Fellers proudly served in the United States Armed Forces. He is loved by those who knew him and will be missed by all.
